My mission is to return technology to its original promise: making life simpler, not more complicated. I combine the proactive care of a private estate manager with the hands-on engineering of a tech veteran, serving as a single point of accountability for your digital and physical home.

The Story

How I got here.

I didn't plan to start a tech company. I started Adventure Family Getaways a decade ago to put a roof over our heads — short-term rentals, long-term stays, private events. Real estate, hospitality, the works.

But guests kept asking me to help with the Wi-Fi. To mount their TV. To set up the smart lock. To explain why their phone wasn't connecting to the speaker. So I started saying yes, and it turned out I was better at the tech than most of the technicians I'd ever hired. So I made it a service.

Then I noticed my own bills were absurd. Spectrum was charging me $215/month for an internet bundle I'd been on for 4 years — the original promo had expired in 2022 and they never told me. One 22-minute call to retention got it down to $115. I started doing the same thing for guests, then friends, then my members.

That's when I realized: most people don't know what they're paying for, and they can't bring themselves to call and find out. But I can. I'm patient on hold. I know the scripts. I know what to ask for. And I know how to set up a phone without losing your photos.

So now I do it for people — both as one-off services and as a monthly membership. And in 2026 I built the entire technology platform you're reading right now, in 30 days, to prove I could. Here's the case study.

These aren't marketing values. They're how I actually answer the phone, run a job, and write an invoice.

Pick up the phone.

Tech is human. Real people fix real problems. There is no “ticket queue” — you call or text me directly, and I respond within 2 hours during business hours.

Flat rates. No surprises.

Every service has a posted price. No diagnostic fees. No “we'll get back to you with an estimate.” If I can't fix it in the first hour, you don't pay for that hour.

Teach, don't gatekeep.

Free downloads, transparent pricing, explained invoices. If you want to do it yourself, I'll show you how. If you'd rather have me handle it, the door's open.

Patient with non-techies.

If you've ever been made to feel stupid by a tech person, that won't happen here. I'll explain it as many times as you need, in plain English, with no condescension.
